What if you do not know your gotra?
Ask the elders at home; many know. If it cannot be found, it is commonly said that many priests make the sankalp in the Kashyap or Achyut gotra. It is best to ask your family priest or a pandit you know.
Can I book in someone else's name?
Yes. Many people have a seva done in the name of parents, children or an ailing relative. Give that person's own name and gotra.
What comes with the puja?
Each seva page says what is included. Read it before you book.
One honest word
A puja is a matter of faith. It is not a guarantee of a job, a marriage or good health, and we make no such promise. If someone is ill, see a doctor.
