Cancellation & refund policy
Rules for cancelling an order, damaged items and refunds, in plain language.
Cancellation
- You can cancel an order before it is dispatched. Tell us your order number as early as possible by email.
- A seva (puja) that has already been performed cannot be cancelled.
- Orders that are not paid within the holding time are cancelled automatically.
Returns
Prasad is a food item, so we cannot take it back after delivery. If the parcel is damaged or spoiled, or you received the wrong item, tell us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo and we will arrange a replacement or a refund.
Refunds
- Refunds go to the original payment method (UPI, card or bank) and usually reach you within 5–7 working days after approval.
- If money was deducted but you did not get an order confirmation, contact us with the payment reference; we will confirm your order or refund you.
- If a seva cannot be performed for a reason beyond our control, we will arrange another date or refund the seva amount.
