Answers to the most common questions about ordering prasad, payment, delivery and puja in your name.
How do I order prasad?
Choose a pack or box on the prasad page, add it to the cart, enter your address and pay online. Once the order is confirmed you can follow it by email (if you gave one) and on the tracking page.
Which temples' prasad can I order?
Banke Bihari, Radha Raman, ISKCON Vrindavan, Prem Mandir and Radha Vallabh. See the temples page for the packs and seva of each temple.
Will the pack contain exactly what the picture shows?
No, pictures are for representation. The contents may vary with availability. Whether a pack is offered at the temple before dispatch is stated separately on the product page with a badge.
How long does delivery take?
Usually 3–7 working days after dispatch. Details are on the shipping and delivery policy page.
How can I pay? Is it safe?
Online only: UPI, debit or credit cards, net banking or wallets through Razorpay's secure payment. We never see or store your card details.
Is cash on delivery available?
No. Every order has to be paid online in advance.
How does puja in my name work?
Choose a seva and give the name, gotra and wish. The name is used in the sankalp. See our guide for details.
Will I get photos or a video of the puja?
Yes. After the seva is done, a photo or video link is added to your order tracking page.
How can I cancel an order or get a refund?
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. For damaged or wrong items, tell us within 24 hours. See the cancellation and refund policy.
How do I track my order?
Enter your order number and mobile number on the track order page.
Do you deliver outside India?
No, only within India at present.
Money was deducted but I got no confirmation. What should I do?
Please do not worry. It normally confirms by itself within a few minutes. If it does not, contact us with the payment reference and we will confirm the order or refund you.
Can I get a GST invoice?
We are not registered under GST at present, so we cannot issue a GST invoice. After payment you can print a receipt from the order tracking page.
